Khammam: The TRS party deceived the people with hollow promises but did nothing in its four and half years of ruling alleged, Congress Minority Cell convenor Md. Fazal on Monday. Several TRS from 31 division of the city joined Congress in the presence of Md. Fazal in Khammam.
Speaking on the occasion, Md. Fazal alleged that the TRS party treating people of SC, ST, BC and minorities as their vote bank and try to attract them with false promises. The TRS party did not do any justice to them during its reign.
The TRS party which boasted that enormous development had taken place in Khammam city during its reign was remained to papers only. There is no proper drainage system in the city, still many colonies in the city are suffering with lack of basic amenities, he alleged.
The people are observing the every move of TRS party and waiting to teach the party a fitting lesson in the ensuing elections, he added.
Venkanna, D Bhanu, S K Baby, SK Meyrunu, Alivelu, R Saroja, D Krishna, Venkat Rao, Abdul Qadeer, Shankar Naik, M Venkateshwarlu, Babu, Gopi, Ramzak Ali, Akbar Khaza and Ganga Bhavani and others joined Congress.
