4 AP officers killed in road accidents
Two AP Secretariat employees were killed and seven others injured in two different incidents that took place in Suryapet district on Monday
Suryapet: Two AP Secretariat employees were killed and seven others injured in two different incidents that took place in Suryapet district on Monday.
A super luxury bus of Andhra Pradesh Road Transport C Coroporation(APSRTC) bearing number AP16 Z 0075 was heading towards BHEL in Hyderabad from Nuziveedu in AP. When the bus reached Amma gardens at the outskirts of the Suryapet town, lost control and overturned and finally stopped at the edge of the Musi canal after hitting its retaining wall.
In this incident five persons were injured and remaining 35 passengers in the bus were escaped with minor injuries. The Injured were shifted to the Government Area Hospital in Suryapet for treatment.
In Another incident, two persons were killed and two others injured when the car they are travelling in turned turtle at Dorakunta village of Kodad mandal in the district.
The deceased were identified as Bhaskar PS to AP Revenue department Special Principle Secretary Manmohan Singh and Section Officer Hari Krishna.
The injured Vijay Laxmi and Papaiah and Vijayalaxmi who are undergoing treatment in a private hospital in Khammam, there condition is said to be critical. The car was heading towards Amaravathi from Hyderabad.
