Addressing the media in Nalgonda on Wednesday, he called upon party workers to work collectively to help the party candidate win the Nalgonda Parliamentary seat in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections.
A majority of issues in the country would be addressed in an amicable way if Rahul Gandhi becomes the Prime Minister of the country, he said.
Stating that he would constitute party mandal and town committees soon, Naik informed that real workers of the party would be inducted in the committees. He thanked party senior leaders Jana Reddy and Komatireddy Venkat Reddy who extended their cooperation for his selection as Nalgonda DCC president.
Congress party leaders G Mohan Reddy, B Srinivas Reddy, Sampath Reddy and others attended the press meet.
