3 critically hurt as car somersaults after hitting median in Wanaparthy
Three persons were severely injured when the car they were travelling in hit the median on the National Highway-44 near Pebbair bypass road in Wanaparthy district on Wednesday.

According to eyewitnesses, a speeding Hyundai car bearing registration number AP 02 BD 8145 while crossing the Pebbair bypass road lost control and hit the divider leading to overturning several times. In this incident, three occupants suffered severe injuries.
The accident occurred due to high speed of the car. Fortunately, a major accident was averted as no vehicle was coming from the opposite side.
The Pebbair police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to Wanaparthy Area Hospital for treatment. A case has been registered and investigation is underway.
