Hyderabad: Official apathy worsens sewage overflow stench in Qutubullapur

Qutubullapur: The residents of Ganesh Housing Colony, Qutubullapur, have been facing serious overflow of sewage water for the past three weeks. Locals over here have complained because of the overflow of sewage water near the entrance of the colony, it is very slippery and also very difficult to travel.

"Due to extensive waterlogging mosquito menace have increased in this area and also foul smell emanating from it is unbearable. We had complained to the officials concerned that the drain over here is brimming up and situation is very worse here," said V Ramesh, a local. The officials concerned are urged to take immediate action and undertake repairs to the drainage system over here.
