Implement fee regulation Act in private schools: Congress
The Congress party on Thursday demanded the government to implement the Fee Regulation Act in the State in letter and spirit as the private schools have been collecting exorbitant amounts.
Hyderabad: The Congress party on Thursday demanded the government to implement the Fee Regulation Act in the State in letter and spirit as the private schools have been collecting exorbitant amounts.
Speaking in the discussion on the demands of Education, Medical and Health and other departments in Assembly, Congress MLA D Sridhar Babu strongly demanded that the government should implement the Fee Regulation Act.
He said that though there was political will to control the fees in the private schools there seems to be no administrative will.
He also wanted to know from the government the action taken on the schools which have been violating the Fee Regulation Act.
The MLA alleged that there were lot of doubts on the results of the Board of Intermediate examinations and wanted to know the action taken on the Globarena company for the goof up.
