Karimnagar: The administrative officers will play a key role in supervising the functioning of various departments in police stations, said City Special Branch Inspector Indrasena Reddy.

He held a meeting with the administrative officers of various police stations present under the Karimnagar Police Commissionerate limits here at Karimnagar Police Commissionerate on Wednesday.

Indrasena Reddy ordered the administration officers to upload the details of various cases, which are lodged in the respective police stations without keeping them pending. He told them to provide immediate help to the people, who approach police stations after observing every detail of the case perfectly.

The administrative officers were told to receive the people politely, who come to the police stations with various reasons to lodge complaint and should not send them back without taking their complaints. "Take the phone numbers of the people, who lodge complaint and respond immediately with the issues related to women and students," he ordered. City Special Branch Inspector Indrasena Reddy informed the officials that due to minor mistakes some of the culprits are escaping with meagre punishments instead of getting severe punishment for major crimes. So, the admin officials must be careful and must observe the details of the case microscopically using advance and modern technology.

The Inspector suggested the officials to be aware of the functioning of various departments of police stations and about modern technology to render better services to the people. Cases can be solved with ease and quickly with the coordination effort of all departments, he pointed out.
