Kothagudem: SCCL conducts Swachh Bharat to mark Gandhi Jayanti
On the occasion of 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the staff of Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) conducted a programme as part of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at the company’s office in Kothagudem on Wednesday and cleaned the office premises.

The programme was inaugurated by Company Director S Shankar.
Before the beginning of the programme, he garlanded the portrait of Mahatma Gandhi and paid tributes. Speaking on the occasion, the GM said everyone should participate in the Swachh Bharat programme and keep the premises of their offices and their houses clean.
He directed the staff to inculcate the same habits in their children. Chief Medical Officer M Srinivas, General Manager K Basavaiah, SVSS Ramalingeswarudu, Rajiv Kumar, Bethi Raju, Srinivas and others took part in the programme.
