Reddy was arrested by the Cyberabad police last week on the charges of flying drones on the minister KTR's farmhouse to capture images. Revanth was produced before a court and was remanded 14 days judicial custody at Cherlapally jail.
TJS chief Kodandaram said that flying a drone is a bailable offence. But, the authorities intentionally added non-bailable sections to send him to jail.
Congress leaders including MLA Seethakka, Shabbir Ali, Konda Vishweshwar Reddy also condemned the arrest of Revanth Reddy during a press conference.
