Mulugu MLA Danasari Anasuya alias Seethakka spent a fun-filled day with the students of Social Welfare Girls Gurukula School at Jakaram in Mulugu District on Friday.
Mulugu: Mulugu MLA Danasari Anasuya alias Seethakka spent a fun-filled day with the students of Social Welfare Girls Gurukula School at Jakaram in Mulugu District on Friday. Seethakka played tug of war, musical chairs, kabaddi and other sports with the students and appeared unstoppable.
Speaking to students after playtime, she told them to concentrate more on their academics to build their career. "Sports and games are also part and parcel of life however, one needs to balance them to reach the pinnacle in their chosen field," Seethakka said.
Sports make you fit physically and mentally, besides enhancing endurance, she said. "Prove your mettle by excelling in academics and sports. The need of the hour is women empowerment," she told the students. Later, she distributed prizes to winners.
