Supreme Court directs Hyderabad HC to decide on Ravi Prakash bail plea

The apex court on Monday also asked the High Court to order a merit-based inquiry on Ravi Prakash's bail petition. The High Court has also been ordered to decide over Ravi Prakash's pre-arrest bail petition on June 10.
Meanwhile, the former CEO of TV9 has been also asked to appear for the inquiry under 41A of CrPC.
The Supreme Court also asked the HC to issue a prior notice to Ravi Prakash on his arrest.
