Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Friday has advised officials to display the names of parents who are involved in the development of public schools on the notice boards of schools. It has been suggested that the role of parents in the management of schools can be increased. CM Jagan held a review meeting on the Nadu-Nedu program at the camp office in Tadepalli and was attended by Education Minister Adhikulam Suresh, Chairman of the Regulatory Monitoring Commission of Schools and Colleges, Justice Kantara Rao, Justice Vangala Eswaraiah and other dignitaries.

The issue of providing nine types of accommodations to the students in the schools was discussed in the meeting. The officials have been instructed to ensure that the quality of work under the program is not reduced. The second and third phases of the work and tender process to be undertaken. Officials told the Chief Minister that the tender process would begin in mid-May and works would be started once it was finalized.

Similarly, it is reported that after the introduction of a new menu for lunch, the children are very enthusiastic in coming to government schools. On this occasion, CM Jagan has issued several instructions and directions to officials on the work to be carried out as part of Nadu-Nedu. He also advised to implementation of quality rice in all districts from April in a phased manner.
