Criminal case filed for selling government land
A criminal case was registered against the person, Khaisar Nagar Raju alias Rajanna, who has been earning crores by selling government lands illegally, by Qutbullapur revenue officials on Sunday.

As per details provided by MRO Goutham Kumar, a criminal case was filed by Dundigal Police against the encroachers of the government lands of Gajularamaram and Khaisar Nagar based on the complaints by the Qutbullapur revenue officials. Two acres of government land in Khaisar Nagar bearing survey number 342/1 was encroached by Rajanna and was sold to innocent people.
Illegal plots were made in two acres of land, and it was named as 'Rajanna Basti.' About 50 plots were sold by Rajanna in his wife's name, Sudha. He has also undertaken illegal constructions in the land. Based on the complaints by Tahasildar Goutham Kumar, police registered a non-bailable criminal case under sections 34, 353, 420 and 447 of CPC on Raju and his wife Sudha.
