Medical camps held to avert seasonal diseases
The GHMC and the District Medical and Health Officer (DM&HO) have joined hands to organise medical camps at different areas under Rajendranagar, with a view to provide an easy access to the medical facility to the people.

A medical camp was organised at Kings Colony on Friday where officials of AM&HO Department were seen supervising the camp. Corporator (Shastripuram) Mohd Misbahuddin also participated and distributed medicines.
"On Thursday, we held medical camps at Dalit Basti in Rajendranagar Division and Babanagar in Sulaiman Nagar division. Similarly, we organised two medical camps on Friday i.e. in Kings' Colony under Shastripuram Division and Mughals' Colony, beside Mehfil Hotel under Mailardevpally Division," said Udai Kiran, assistant entomologist in Rajendranagar.
Udai Kiran also said that another two camps would be organised on July 15 at Shivanagar Hyderguda under Rajendranagar division and Mahmudnagar under Sulaiman Nagar division.
People from different areas, especially women and children, were seen turning up at these camps to avail of the facility, though in less numbers. They were provided with medicines for seasonal diseases.
