In the wake of the supreme court's verdict, the police have given strict directions of the social media posts that resorts to the communal violence. Meanwhile, 56-year-old Rameshwara Sharma from Dhule, Maharashtra posted a Facebook post.

The police, who recognized this, immediately responded. After examining the complaint, Rameshwara Sharma's post was found to be objectionable, he was booked under Section 153 (1) B and IPC Section 188 ((commits any act which is prejudicial to the maintenance of harmony between different religious, racial, language or regional groups or castes or communities)

The police submitted him in the court on Saturday. It is noted that this is the third such case registered on Sanjay Rameshwara Sharma
