Apart from them, renowned dance group Shiamak Davar troupe, singer Joe Barua Band and medley by Sameer and Abhiruchi caught the audience’s attention. Governor ESL Narasimhan and several MPs, MLAs were also present.
In addition, members of foreign delegations and ships from 50 countries and various dignitaries of the City of Destiny also attended the mega event. A total of 11,000 guests attended the function, which included various cultural performances by renowned artistes from across the country.
The grand finale was by Gandham group which showcased the traditional Andhra origin dance forms Kuchipudi and Dhimsa.
