Tirupati: The third lucky draw of The Hans India took place in Tirupati regional office on Wednesday in which the readers of Nellore and Madanapalle won bumper winners for the month of July, 2013. V Yasodha of Madanapalle and Syed Akbar of Nellore town are the winners of the bumper prize lucky draw.
