The fifth edition of ‘Annamayya Sankeerthana Ratnakaram’ of Garikapati Venkat was released by music legend Balantrapu Rajanikanta Rao at the event.

The first copy of the book was presented to All India Radio Station Director M Krishna Kumari. Senior consultant MC Das reviewed the book, which contains Annamayya Keerthanas along with all the relevant information like its ragam and the name of music composer.
P Krishnaji presided over the programme, while Madugula Ramakrishna conducted it. Maganti Subrahmanyam, chairman of Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Garikapati Venkat and others were present. Later, a music concert titled ‘Annamayya Harinama Sankeerthanalu’ was held.
Popuri Gowrinath and Gayatri Gowrinath rendered several Annamacharya Keerthanalu. Their vocal concert was supported by Charumati Pallavi on violin and Charan on mridangam.
