Karbonn Titanium Mach Five launched at 5,999

Karbonn has launched its new budget phone, the Titanium Mach Five in India on Wednesday at a price of Rs 5,999. The Karbonn Titanium Mach Five will be exclusively available via Amazon India. As far as specifications go, the new Titanium Mach Five comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display (1280x720 pixels resolution).

It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The phone supports expandable storage of up to 32GB via microSD. The Titanium Mach Five runs Android Lollipop out-of-the-box and is a 3G-only smartphone.

It sports an 8MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash. Moreover, it comes with a 5MP front-facing camera that also includes an LED flash with BSI sensor for better low-light selfies. It comes with Peel Smart Remote app that aids in controlling household appliances operating on IR technology. The device is backed by a 2,200mAh battery.

The phone measures 142.8x72.6x8.8 mm and weighs 157 grams and will be available in the colours Silver Grey, Champagne Gold and Premium White. Karbonn only recently launched the Titanium Mach One Plus smartphone in India for Rs 6,990. The Titanium Mach Five is now its second budget offering that it has launched in quick succession.

The Titanium Mach One Plus has a 4.7-inch 720p display and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory. The phone comes with an exclusive 5.3 build of the SwiftKey virtual keyboard and support for 22 Indian languages.
