Charminar: The on duty Traffic cops traced the lost smart-phone of a foreign student visiting the Charminar area and handed over to him within a couple of hours on Sunday. A Venezuela national, Carlos E Mantilla, studying International Training Programme (ITP) at English and Foreign Language University (EFLU) was on a visit to Charminar area.

During his visit, he accidentally lost his smart-phone somewhere near Madina market and after discovering that he had lost it while passing through the area, he immediately informed the traffic police stationed at the Madina X Roads. “The on-duty policeman traced the mobile and after enquiry handed over it the rightful owner in the presence of other cops.
