Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have had functioned for an average of only 9% of its scheduled time.

It can be seen that in the previous years, Winter 2010 lost a high percentage of its time due to disruptions. The last three sessions of the 16 Lok Sabha have comparatively suffered lesser disruptions.
