Simhagarjana rally on Sept 5

Nellore: In order to strengthen the Samaikyandhra movement in the district, students, political leaders, businessmen, leaders of various castes, municipal and village revenue officials organized an awareness camp jointly with APNGOs in the city on Tuesday. At the meeting, it was decided to organize the Simhagarjana rally to protect the State from breaking up and more than 5 lakh people would be participating.

Speaking to the media here on Tuesday, APNGOs president Ravindra Babu said that the rally would start from Atmakur bus stop at 9AM after garlanding the statue of Potti Sriramulu and would pass through Gandhi statue centre, VRC centre, APSRTC bus stop, and KVR Petrol bunk and would reach the AC stadium by 11 AM.

Speaking on the occasion, VRO Association president Ashok Kumar Reddy said that people, irrespective of their political affiliations would be participating in the meeting. He said that the Seemandhra people would hold a meeting in Hyderabad in which more than 50 lakh people would be participating to make their voice heard in New Delhi.
