District Collector Yogita Rana instructed the officials to expedite Mission Bhagiratha works by June 30 and provide drinking water to 121 villages in the district.
Nizamabad: District Collector Yogita Rana instructed the officials to expedite Mission Bhagiratha works by June 30 and provide drinking water to 121 villages in the district.
Addressing a review meeting on Mission Bhagiratha works with officials in her chamber at Collectorate on Saturday, Yogita Rana said that after completion of Mission Bhagiratha, the officials should provide 100 litres of water per head from June 30 in 121 villages.
She added that 40 litres of water was being provided per head till then in these villages. The Collector instructed the TRANSCO officials to complete the construction of electricity line by June 30.
She said that district administration should take necessary permission from Forest and Panchayat Raj departments and also other permissions for constructing 34 road crossings and 35 national highway crossings to speed up Mission Bhagiratha works.
