The students of the town based St. Peters’ Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (SPIPS) have been invited to ISPOR’s 7th Asia Pacific Conference to be held in Singapore next month. 

Warangal: The students of the town based St. Peters’ Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (SPIPS) have been invited to ISPOR’s 7th Asia Pacific Conference to be held in Singapore next month.

Pharma D students Mriganka Pal, Erraboina Maneesha, Sharon Vidyasagar, Chaitra Chenna and Aymen Fatima were invited by the US based International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) for its conference.

The countries all over the Asia-Pacific region will participate in the conference.

The conference is scheduled to be held from September 3 to 6 at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The ISPOR which has accepted the students’ presentations has extended invitations to participate in the conference. Aymen Fatima has been awarded a travel grant of $ 1100 by the ISPOR.

The sessions mainly focus on health technology assessment and harnessing the power of big data to make better health care decisions in the Asia-Pacific region. ter presentation sessions.

Speaking to the media on Wednesday College Principal Suresh Bandari said that the institute encourages students to attend conferences at national and international levels.
