One-day auto bandh on January 8 in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Telangana Auto Driver Unions in the city including school vans and transport vehicles to observe a one-day bandh on January 8.

Auto unions will also take up protest on January 9 demanding for the withdrawal of Motor Vehicle Amendment Act and to set up Auto Drivers Welfare Board to curb the exploitation of the private financiers and to decrease the insurance fee by 50 per cent. They also want traffic police to stop harassing them and to remove corruption in RTA.
