Students of Oxford Grammar School on Monday shared their experiences as they witnessed during 20th International Children Film Festival 2017, concluded on November 14 in the city.  Speaking to the media, the students expressed happiness about being part of the celebrations. 

Hyderabad: Students of Oxford Grammar School on Monday shared their experiences as they witnessed during 20th International Children Film Festival 2017, concluded on November 14 in the city. Speaking to the media, the students expressed happiness about being part of the celebrations.

They said by participating in the weeklong festival celebrations, they gained knowledge about animation, film making, editing, back ground music etc. The students said they have seen many animated films and films in Telugu, Hindi, Persian, Spanish and Chinese which were message- oriented.

They expressed happiness as they got an international exposure by watching those movies. They were really glad that a few films were made by the children and for the children. ‘During the celebrations, we interacted with the Directors, Producers, Actors etc in the open forum and press meet in I-MAX theatre’, they added.

They hoped that these films would be screened even in the normal theatres so that large number of people/children, who were unable to come to the festival venues could watch the movies.

The students thanked Telangana State Film Development Corporation (TSFDC) and Telangana government for conducting this big festival in a peaceful manner. As many as 12 Students of Oxford Grammar School attended the Film Festival- 2017.
