Ahead of Minister K T Rama Rao’s visit to the district next week, Excise Minister Srinivas Goud along with District Collector S Venkat Rao inspected various development works going on in the district and directed the engineering officials concerned and the contractors to speed up the works and complete them in the next two to three days.

Musical park, laying of roads and various other developmental works should be completed at the brisk pace, they said, directing the officials to complete them before the target time so that all these developmental works could be inaugurated by KT Rama Rao.
"There have been various developmental works going on in Mahbubnagar district for the last many months. More than 90 per cent of these works have reached their completion and the pending works would be completed in the next two to three days. We are planning the inauguration of all these developmental works from the hands of visiting Minister," said a TRS party spokesperson.
