Congress to contest local body polls at all places in Kadapa
PCC chief S Sailajanath criticises CM Jagan over adopting double standards on CAA, NRC
Kadapa: Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) announced here on Saturday that the party would contest the local body elections in all the places throughout the State.
Addressing the media at the house of AICC member Dhruva Kumar Reddy at Vempalle in Kadapa district, APCC president Dr S Saiajanath demanded that the Chief Minister should explain to people what he had done to his own constituency Pulivendula during the last eight months. The PCC chief said the Chief Minister should shed his double standards on CAA and NRC. He assured the people of Pulivendula that the Congress would bring back the past glory to Pulivendula.
Local leaders of MHPS and Aam Aadmi Party felicitated the PCC president and submitted a memorandum on CAA and NRC. Congress leaders Mulamreddy, Ramanjaneyulu Reddy, Chandrasekhar Reddy, Subrahmanyam, Ravi, MHPS leaders Vali Basha, Abdul and others were present.
