YS Jagan to inaugurate distribution of house site pattas in Vizianagaram district tomorrow

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will visit Vizianagaram district tomorrow to launch 'Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu' program.
Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will visit Vizianagaram district tomorrow to launch 'Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu' program. The CM will start distribution of house site pattas and construction of houses in a big colony in Gunkalam. CM YS Jagan will leave Tadepalli at 9.30 am on Wednesday and reach Gunkalam at 11:15 am and inaugurate pylon and later he will participate in the house site pattas distribution program. He will return to Tadepalli residence at 2.45 pm.
A huge layout has been prepared for 12,301 beneficiaries on 397.36 acres at Vizianagaram Rural mandal Gunkalam in Vizianagaram constituency. The government has developed the layout at a cost of Rs 4.37 crore. To give land to the poor, the government bought land from 428 farmers for Rs 101.73 crore.
In all, the government is distributing houses to 1,08,230 beneficiaries in the district. This includes 65,026 beneficiaries from rural areas and 43,204 beneficiaries from urban areas. The government has prepared a total of 1,164 layouts to allocate housing to the poor. It has spent Rs.10.19 crore to develop these.
