All India Malayalees Association (AIMA) Telangana’s Kalaolsavam (cultural festival) was a huge hit as member associations presented variety cultural programme which included classical dance, cinematic dance, light music, kuchipudi, kaikottikkali, skits, figure show, kolukali and nritha shilpam.

Hyderabad: All India Malayalees Association (AIMA) Telangana's Kalaolsavam (cultural festival) was a huge hit as member associations presented variety cultural programme which included classical dance, cinematic dance, light music, kuchipudi, kaikottikkali, skits, figure show, kolukali and nritha shilpam.

Governor of Telangnana Tamilisai Sounderarajan, the chief guest, spoke about her close association with the people of God's own country and her love for Kerala delicacies.

Later, the Aadi Nadan Pattu Sangham Nattupooram presented 'Thudi Muzhakkam' , the traditional art forms including Bhagawathi Theyyam, Thira, Vattamudiyattom, Karinkali attam, panthakkali, parunthattam, Nadanpattukal which was well received. Many of the audience including ladies joined the Aadi nadanpattu sangham in their praiseworthy performance.

Senior scribe honoured The Governor felicitated a senior journalist from city, C G Chandra Mohan who is completing 50 years in journalism, the "Kalaolsavam" (Cultural Festival). She presented him a memento on behalf of AIMA Telangana. Chandra Mohan had also worked as PRO to four Chief Ministers of erstwhile combined Andhra Pradesh.
