Addressing the participants, the minister stated that he had been worshipping the deity for bountiful rains every year, and happiness and prosperity for the people. He said the credit for the grand Bonalu festival celebrations in Greater Hyderabad limits should go to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
Later, the temple committee members felicitated Reddy, local MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao, corporators Satish Goud and Jupalli Krishna Rao in the presence of local TRS leaders and devotees.
