RGUKT-Nuzvid holds contests to promote Telugu
Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, Nuzvid, organised quiz, elocution, essay and story writing competitions for students on Monday to mark the Telugu Language Day. A large number of students participated in the competitions aimed at promoting Telugu language.

V Ramachandra Raju, Vice-Chancellor of RGUKT, Andhra Pradesh, Veeranki Venkata Dasu, Director of RGUKT-Nuzvid, P Appala Naidu, Director of RGUKT-Srikakulam, SSSV Gopala Raju, Administrative Officer, Kalvakolanu Gangadhara Rao, former head of department of Telugu of DAR College, and others who took part in the Telugu Language Day celebrations, paid rich tributes to Gidugu Venkata Ramamurthy, father of spoken Telugu language movement. Later, prizes were distributed to winners of the competitions.
