She insisted for the students to read English news paper daily. By doing so students would identify their core strengths in spite of being from different cultures, social and educational background.
Practical English is the need of the hour said K Rohini Rao, Coordinator Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Hyderabad at a workshop organised on communication skills and personality development by Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala (SMK) English department on personality development and communication skills on Monday.
She insisted for the students to read English news paper daily. By doing so students would identify their core strengths in spite of being from different cultures, social and educational background. With hard work and self motivation they would become good communicators. She asked the students to think positively and start expressing themselves. The students would follow visual aids and interact with students, she said.
Dr T Vijayalakshmi, principal SMK, Dr M Nalini HOD, Dr M Sarala Devi, K Sailaja Rani, K Sarala and P Ratna Sri along with the students were present. The students participated in the interaction session to clarify their doubts.
