Vishwesha Teertha demands that the centre should enact a law for const of Ram temple in Ayodhya

BENGALURU: On Sunday the seers and religious leaders from all across the state, by upping the ante against the Centre and the Supreme Court regarding the Ram Mandir. Had announced that they will not rest until they succeed in building the Ram temple in Ayodhya.

“Building Ram Mandir is a national duty and a matter of pride for all Hindus. We will not stop until we realise our goal. The time has come to question Modi. I know he will oblige if we all meet him in a delegation. If he doesn’t, then we all will have to go on a hunger strike,” the swami of Pejawar Mutt, Vishwesha Teertha, had said at the Janaagraha rally.

By describing the decision of the apex court to defer the Ram Mandir case to January as “an insult to Hindus and Lord Ram”.

Calling upon Muslims to cooperate with Hindus on the issue, he said: “It is a golden opportunity for Muslims. You have nothing to lose if you give away disputed land for the temple.”

Nikhileshwaranand Giri Maharaj of Jabalpur said that, “How can the Ram Mandir issue not be a priority for the court when it is the wish of the majority people of the country? The court has to get its priorities right or we can build a movement against you. We can throw you out of office by way of impeachment.”

VHP general secretary Milind Parande had announced that the VHP would never ever accept the sharing of the disputed site in Ayodhya with Muslims. “Forget about sharing the site, we will not allow any masjid to be built [there],” he said.
