With the last Quarter final place at stake, Pakistan got a tough fight against Ireland which has every reason to be proud of their achievements in the ICC World Cup 2015. Even after defeating West Indies, Zimbabwe and UAE, Ireland after a tough fight exited out of the World Cup.

After Pakistan’s win against Ireland on Sunday, the top eight teams that have been qualified for the Quarter Finals are clear.

From Pool A, the teams that made it to the Quarter Finals are New Zealand, Australia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh in the order of their points.

Pool B teams that qualified for the Quarter Finals are India, South Africa, Pakistan and West Indies.

India and New Zealand are the two who have been undefeated in the World Cup Tournament and stand at number one in their pool rankings with 12 points each.
