Chiranjeevi lands in flood water, saved

Union tourism minister K Chiranjeevi had a narrow escape during his visit to the flood-hit region at Timmapuram in West Godavari. The actor-turned-politician slipped and fell from the boat into the backwaters of Peta canal. Fortunately for him, his guards saved him in a quick reflex action.

Chiranjeevi was accompanied by Thota Narasimhan and Kannababu when the incident took place. the boat turned upside down when all the three tried to get into the board, it is learnt.
