The legislative council of Andhra Pradesh has approved the dissolution of the Legislative Council. It will soon be approved by Parliament as well. In the meantime, there is a debate that whom would the latest development benefit. However, with the Telugu Desam Party having a clear majority in the council, it would impact the TDP's prospectus as it has a great chance in council to attack YSRCP.

Analysts say the Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu to be blamed for the council abolition as the latter played a foul play by sending the three capital bill to the Select committee. And also the most worried man in this episode would be Naidu himself as well as his son Lokesh has to forgo his MLC post leading him to be unemployed for the next four years.

On the other hand, the existence of the council is also important for the YSRCP as well politically as it has to keep their leaders idle. Moreover, the ruling party has got a chance to increase its number in a year or so. Despite political obligations, the YSRCP president and Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has gone forward and abolished the council.

While BJP also has to face the music as it has got the representation only in the council with two MLC's. With the dissolution of the council, their voice will no longer be heard in the legislatures. Leaving all the pros and cons, it is an equal loss for the TDP and YCRCP. However, YSRCP has a reason to have the last laugh as it would be free to pass the bills in the assembly without any hurdles.
