Rajamahendravaram: Shirdi Sai institutions conduct Sankranthi Sambaralu
The students of Shirdi Sai Educational Institutions presented a number of programmes in the attire of DooDoo Basavanna, Haridasu, Sodemma, Komma Dasari, Chenchulakshmi and Bommala Koluvu enthralling the audience who were present as part of the Sankranthi celebrations organised by the management of the institutions at the All Bank Colony here on Saturday.

Yarrapragada Ramakrishna, one of the chief guests at the programme, said that it was the happiest moment for everyone to witness the Telugu traditions and culture which has been on the wane. Another guest, Sub-Inspector of Police Vasuveni Allu said that she was recalling her childhood by participating in the celebrations.
Noted physician Dr Deepti Patnala complimented the management for organising such a fabulous programme by observing Covid-19 regulations.
Director of the Institutions T Srividya elaborated on the importance of Sankranthi Sambaralu.
Chairman of the Institutions Tambabattula Sridhar said that the programme was organised to inform the students about the greatness of our culture.
The students and their parents also participated in the programme.
