Unidentified assailants attempt to set ATMs on fire in Hyderabad

A group of unidentified assailants attempted to set two ATM centres on fire here at Chandrayangutta on Tuesday.
A group of unidentified assailants attempted to set two ATM centres on fire here at Chandrayangutta on Tuesday.
The police said that the assailants poured engine oil on the ATM machines and on the floor at Chandrayangutta crossroads and lit some papers. People who noticed the smoke from the ATM centres informed the police.
The police reached the spot and poured water to douse the fire. They also called up fire officials who doused the fire.
A manhunt was launched by the Chandrayangutta police to nab the miscreants. They are looking into the CCTV footage to identify them and registered a case.
