Addressing the news reporters here on Thursday, Chef Arjun Yadav said, their menu is prepared with more urbanised delicacies of Punjab with elaborate choice from vegetarian and non-vegetarian specials.

The authentic Lal mirch ka tandoori, chicken bhatti masala, kadhai murgh, murgh patiyala, tandoori masala jhinga, bhuneya bakra, ajwaini macchi masala, shahi mutton, tandoori chicken, rara gosht, peppery tandoori chicken, anda panner, tawa kebabs and butter chicken are a few assorted chicken delicacies which are going to be offered during the food festival.

Kumbh palak shorba, achari paneer tikka, rajma pudina ki tikki, mushroom galauti kebab, sarsoon ka saag, matar paneer, aloo amritsari, peshawari chana are a few from vegetarian platter besides creamy lassi, phirni, jalebi, badam halwa, rasamalai, imarti, dal bahinda, and makke ki roti. There will be a kathi rolls station, sherry kebab spot set up for the guests. Hotel’s Sales Manager Shabul Hassan and others were present.
