Around 1200 devotees from Orissa are in Prasanthi Nilayam from 26 08 2016, for their Parthi Yathra. At 1700 Hrs, Sri Jagannath Rao, State President of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organizations, Odhisa, delivered a talk and prayed Bhagwan to bless everyone. Pandit Shiba Prasad Rath has rendered inspiring ecstatic stream of Devotional music-Bhajan Sandhya for over 75 minutes.

Pandit Shiba Prasad Rath is a grand disciple of the legendary Classical Vocalist from North India, Pandit Narayan Rao Vyas of Gwalior Gharana. Pandit Shiba Prasad was recipient of the National award, besides many awards in his foray of into the World music.
For many years he has been focusing on spreading spiritual music by composing & singing immortal lyrics of Indian saints & Ancient slokas with his own in consistent with the beauty of Indian classical Ragas and Taals. The learned musician reveals that he never composes any time, but it comes in a flash while sitting for meditation.
On the occasion of Parthi Yathra by Odhisa Devotees today, ie., 27 08 2016, in the evening hours in Sai Kulwanth hall at Prasanthi Nilayam, the performance of Pandit Siba Prasad has taken everyone present into the divine plane with his honeyed voice by rendering, jagganath Ashtakam, Geetha Govindham, Meera and Tulsidas Devotional songs and Sai Bhajans.
He was accompanied by Sri Madan Mohan Tripathy on Tabla, Sri Ajay Satpathy on Harmonium, Sri Abraham on Flute and Moni on 12 strings Acoustic Guitar. Bhajans followed next and the Mangala Arathi marked the end of the proceedings of the day.
