Congress leader Shabbir Ali: TS budget cannot be fulfilled practically

Congress legislator in Telangana Assembly Shabbir Ali responding to the TS budget presented by Finance Minister Etela Rajender on Monday and said that the promises made in the budget cannot be fulfilled practically.

Stating that the figures mentioned in the budget are only good on paper, Shabbir Ali ruled out the practical implementation of TS budget and pointed out that the government does not have funds for the public welfare schemes and is preparing to get loans but has funds for the new Secretariat building.
