About 120 bikes from Uttar Pradesh have landed in the BJP State office here on Wednesday and more would soon be coming. These bikes would be used by team of party full time activists to take up intensive campaign on the policies and programmes of the BJP and the central schemes that have been sanctioned for Telangana.

According to the leaders, a sentiment is attached to these bikes and they feel that these bikes would be lucky in Telangana as well.It may be mentioned here that the party is planning a two week ‘Vistarak Yojana’ as part of the birth centenary celebrations of Jan Sangh Founder Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya from May 29 to June 12, after the visit of Amit Shah.
Party vice president T Rajeshwar Rao, during a press conference on Wednesday, said that the two week programme is planned where the activists would meet over 50 lakh families in the State.

State vice president Kasam Venkateshwarlu said that around 10,000 activists of the party would be touring to districts from May 29 to June 12. Each Vistarak would cover areas under three to five polling booths. This event would be like the Karseva done during the Ayodhya Ram Mandir movement.

He said that already workshops were started in the districts for the full timers and are in the process of identifying the local issues, The issues would be discussed during the visit of Amit Shah and final road map would be given to the party activists who would then plunge into action, Venkateshwarlu added.
