The Shamshabad police has encountered all the four accused in brutal rape and murder of Hyderabad veterinary doctor Disha.
According to media reports, while cops are trying to recreate the crime scene at Shadnagar, the four accused had reportedly tried to escape and police had fired at the culprits at NH-44. All the four accused have reportedly died.
Mohammad Areef Pasha, Jollu Shiva, Jollu Naveen Kumar and Chintakunta Chenna Keshavulu were the four culprits in this heinous crime on 26-year-old vet doctor.
It was on November 27, that the doctor Disha was brutally gang-raped and killed.

Telangana state Transport Minister P Ajay Kumar welcomed the killing of four accused in disha gang rape and murder case in the police encounter. He said that Telangana State stood number one in delivering instant justice to the victim family in the country.

Nakshatra colony residents in Shamshabad where Disha family members reside welcomed the police encounter. They celebrated the encounter by distributing sweets and burning crackers. They said this will build confidence among women across the nation and with encounter police created bharosa to the women to go out and lead their life without any fear.

The Shamshabad RDO along with other officials are monitoring the panchanama proceedings at the encounter place in Chatanpally. After completion of the process the bodies shifted to Shadnagar government hospital for postmortem. Later the bodies will be handed over to their respective families.
