New Delhi: E- Commerce big head, Flipkart is now coming out with a new shopping portal. Yes, you heard it right. It raised the curtain for Reality dealership.
According to the sources Flipkart is going to lease 30 lakh Sq.feet for retail outlet in Bangalore. Flipkart is getting ready to pay 300 crore rent per annum.
Flipkart even signed the Expression of Interest document with a real estate property consultant JLL India. The deal is to be finalized within next 90 days.
